If you know what you are looking for then you can filter your search within the page to focus your results, or alternatively if you prefer a broader view you can view a list of everything that is on offer.
The Affordable Homes page navigates in the same way as the Homes for Sale page but instead it lists all of the properties that are being sold under affordable schemes such as Shared Ownership and Shared Equity. If you want to know more about how these schemes work and what they involve then click on the “affordable products explained” button which will direct you to the information page.
The third way to search is by using the property map, this will show what developments are available by their location. This interactive map allows you to zoom in on the areas you are particularly interested in and from there you can explore what is currently being listed.
If you find something of interest then register your details directly through the website or give the team a call and speak to one of the representatives who will be happy to help. Once a launch date is in place for a development, an email will be sent out inviting you down to visit the sales and marketing complex. The beautifully finished product, specification and quality of build will be available to see first-hand in the show home.
