Development/ Sales Manager

Site Sales is currently recruiting for a development/ sales manager to supervise significant developments in the London area. Client liaison is key to the role and the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the schemes from inception through to practical completion. Experience of private and shared ownership sales and/or development experience is essential.

Sales Manager

The purpose of the role is to provide management and motivation to the sales consultants and ensure that all aspects of the sales function are carried out professionally and efficiently to ensure sales are taken and progressed within timescales to completion. The site’s are likely to be based in North and East London. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, be self motivated. Minimum of 3 years sales management experience.

Sales Consultant

The purpose of the role is to provide a professional sales service to all customers wishing to purchase a property, be it via shared ownership or outright sale, and to represent Site Sales and its Clients to the highest standards. The successful candidate will be a keen sales person, extremely well presented, articulate, self motivated and possess good time management skills.

Pre Sales Co-ordinator

The purpose of the role is to assist in the tasks surrounding the set-up of Developments during the Construction stage and ensure that all aspects are carried out professionally and efficiently whilst meeting set timescales.

The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, have good organisational and time management skills and come with a minimum of 1 year property experience ideally from within a new homes property sector.   They will be responsible for liaison with architects, employers agents, project managers etc. to ensure that all information is ready to be passed on to the sales and marketing team.  This will include obtaining the latest drawings, S106, accommodation schedules, specification. They will also be responsible for visiting sites and understanding the marketing opportunities including requirements for access to the site and show home/ marketing suite. Ongoing they will be working closely with client representatives to comment on property layouts, specification and suitability for the target market.

Experience of private sale and shared ownership property sales is an advantage but not essential, however it is imperative the candidate has a strong eye for detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.  It is also important that candidates are confident and proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office package, including Outlook, MS Word, and Excel. Hours are generally Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm.
