We help hundreds of people each and every year move into their chosen new homes with the minimum of stress. As part of our service to you, we have produced the New Home Masterfile which is packed full of technical information in regard to your new home but also has the procedure that we’d like you to follow should anything about the home be causing you concern. Our Customer Care team work closely with our marketing team to achieve one goal – that you are entirely happy with your new home and that it is delivered in exactly the way you would like, with knowledgeable and attentive staff on hand to make the process as smooth as possible. You will also have a comprehensive Home Demonstration prior to completion and everything will be explained to you at that time. For the first one of the ten years of your New Home Warranty, our Customer Care teams will be on hand to assist you with any issues that you may have with your new home and a 24 hour emergency number for heating, plumbing and electrical problems will be available. Upon moving in, should you encounter any problems with your new home, our regional Customer Care teams are on hand to assist. Rest assured, when you buy a new home from us you are not just buying a property, but an experience that we intend to make as convenient and pleasant as possible.
What will we do?
Every defect reported to us is credited with a CC number, rectification period and keep you informed of progress with the works. Our customer care practical teams strive, traffic permitting, to be on time and will let you know if they are running late or experiencing any problems with satisfying your issue.

Our team are targeted to respond within 24 hours to any call or email received but will on most occasions be able to respond sooner and discuss your individual problem. We will ask your preferred method of contact and then will ensure that you are fully aware of the facts in regard to your concern.
