Operating in and around London, we view ourselves as an extension of our clients’ management team rather than a separate organisation, advising clients on all aspects of speculative housing from site appraisal, the planning processes, detailed design, internal and external specification, construction and eventually sales, marketing and an after-sales service. We also build our own homes for sale, currently operating on a range of small-scale schemes and welcome enquiries from those interested in land disposal or joint venture projects.
Sales & Marketing
We have extensive experience in the selling of a wide range of property types throughout the south-east. All of our sales staff (around 40) are full-time employees who are carefully selected to suit the client, target market and area profile. Comprehensive marketing plans are developed in order to adhere to the agreed budgets and are implemented in a carefully structured way to maximise interest and capitalise on the key selling periods of the year. We provide, if needed, all of the sales and marketing collateral required for residential development.
We are constantly monitoring Greater London and the more active areas of the south-east, which means that we can accurately assess the value of a scheme within a short period of time. By examining local markets, we are then able to advise on the optimum accommodation types and spatial standards for individual locations as well as development specification requirements. Area profiling and extensive supporting evidence can be provided too, all of which is designed to assess the risk and ensure that your commitment is supported by the correct amount of diligence.
We have acted in the disposal and acquisition of development land and whole-of-scheme sales for a host of Registered Providers, developers and house builders and local authorities. We are also able to help landowners from outside the industry with advice on planning and valuation. Our knowledge of local markets enables us to advise on the optimum accommodation types, spatial standards and tenure placement for individual locations.
Social & Affordable Housing Solutions
Affordable Housing has a growing impact on residential land evaluation, and we have established some good relationships with some major Housing Associations, enabling us to value the social housing element quickly and accurately. Additionally, we are working closely with these Housing Associations in delivering their own programmes of private sale housing, advising on all aspects of the sales and marketing process. We are working with various clients to develop financial models fit for the new era of finance and welcome any enquiries in this regard.
Product Advice & Specification
We work closely with developers and architects to critique and finesse existing designs, ensuring that they are correct for individual projects and that the internal floor areas maximise the development’s profitability. This is often done at planning stage, ensuring that the design principles take note of the target market and the required property types and volumes are derived. Specification is very fluid and our consultants are constantly monitoring changes in the marketplace that enables us to make accurate and viable recommendations.
